Selling flat
I have worked with Brights before when buying property and writing a will. I would work with them again in the future. I was kept up to date at al times and they were very helpful .

So impressed, highly recommend
Not often I write a review, but felt the need to express how professional and efficient Bright Solicitors conveyancing service has been from start to finish. I would like to particularly like to thank Victoria and Kornelia, who have been responsive, professional and a joy to deal with. Sale of property
I live in NZ and was selling a house in Newton Abbot. This is not easy. However Bright LLP were efficient, helpful and made a difficult process (from a distance) as good as it could be! I would definitely use them again. Thank you Katie, Kornelia and Victoria

Thoroughly efficient, friendly and professional
Bright LLP Solicitors carried out the conveyancing work for the sale of my late mother's property. The buyers needed an accelerated process and this was achieved; particularly impressive, as the work straddled the Christmas period. I was kept informed at all stages of the processand those involved with me directly - Katie Braithwaite, Kornelia Matson and victoria Witts - were all friendly, courteous and efficient. Very professional service
We have now sold our house with use of Bright Solicitors in Plymouth. It was like most of the house sales in the UK not always an easy process. However Katie and Kornelia were so helpful along the way. Lots of emails which were answered very promptly often with an immediate reply. All paperwork was sent out next day. Advice was always honest and straightforward. We used Bright mainly because of the many positive reviews already received. We found their costs to be reasonable compared with other quotes we had. We would recommend them.

First class service
The service provided by Bright Solicitors, specifically Katie and Kornelia, during the purchase of my first house was second to none. During the eight-month process, the chain fell through on one occasion and suffered several other delays, but Bright Solicitors pushed the sale through and were ready at every stage of the process.
