We used Bright Solicitors to sell our house, as a seller in an unstable market (September last year) you want your property sold as quickly as possible and Katie & Kornelia were great from start to finish, always helpful, and always took or returned calls !!, and most importantly didn't allow our buyers to slow the sale down too much to allow them more time before signing the contract.
Also, Bright solicitors did not add ridiculous fees for calls/emails etc and kept within the guide cost price they gave us initially.

Sale of property
I live in NZ and was selling a house in Newton Abbot. This is not easy. However Bright LLP were efficient, helpful and made a difficult process (from a distance) as good as it could be! I would definitely use them again. Thank you Katie, Kornelia and Victoria

Thoroughly efficient, friendly and professional
Bright LLP Solicitors carried out the conveyancing work for the sale of my late mother's property. The buyers needed an accelerated process and this was achieved; particularly impressive, as the work straddled the Christmas period. I was kept informed at all stages of the processand those involved with me directly - Katie Braithwaite, Kornelia Matson and victoria Witts - were all friendly, courteous and efficient. Very professional service
We have now sold our house with use of Bright Solicitors in Plymouth. It was like most of the house sales in the UK not always an easy process. However Katie and Kornelia were so helpful along the way. Lots of emails which were answered very promptly often with an immediate reply. All paperwork was sent out next day. Advice was always honest and straightforward. We used Bright mainly because of the many positive reviews already received. We found their costs to be reasonable compared with other quotes we had. We would recommend them.

First class service
The service provided by Bright Solicitors, specifically Katie and Kornelia, during the purchase of my first house was second to none. During the eight-month process, the chain fell through on one occasion and suffered several other delays, but Bright Solicitors pushed the sale through and were ready at every stage of the process.
