Shanida has worked in regional firms in the Kent area, exclusively practising family law matters over the last 14 years, including undertaking her own advocacy at Court. Being in the Courtroom first-hand has proven to be invaluable to her, advancing her expertise and advice provided to her clients. As a member of Resolution, Shanida adopts a non-confrontational and conciliatory approach, in the hope of achieving a swift and practical resolution where possible. If an agreement cannot be reached, she will provide robust and effective advice regarding the appropriate legal action, if necessary.
