Pragmatic and caring advice

We would never use or recommend anyone else
I can’t thank Emma enough for her support, expertise and excellent communication during a particularly challenging time with my employers whilst on maternity leave. I felt from the start that Emma engaged with my situation but pragmatic and salient advice and direction.
Emma is fair but challenging and her experience and knowledge puts her in a different league.
For Emma, my situation was probably something she sees fairly frequently, but for me, her role changed everything for us and we can’t thank her enough.
Should we need to, we would always use her services again and would only recommend Neate and Pugh.

Employment Dispute
Fired without cause or notice period, 2 years unpaid pension contributions, unpaid notice period. All due to HR manager not company or its policy.
Negotiated settlement to include significant but fair compensation over and above missing items, as requested by me in a professional and courteous way required to leave me with good relationships with the company from both sides. They took on board my exact specification of outcomes and maintained contact such that I always felt informed and in control.
There are solicitors who achieve the apparent major objective only by way of rapid but harsh or unfair communication that fails in the other aspects required. I was recommended to use this company by a lawyer at a major business law firm for this fit I required. Excellent
