Commercial Property
As a landlord, I was deceived by my previously solicitor (who was recommended by my letting agent) and failed my application to ask for a court Possession Order. The length of battle, the legal cost, the lost of rental incomes, and the mental stress..., are a real pain that petrifies me still now.
I was forced to search for a reliable solicitor to get my property back, then I was recommended by a friend to get in touch with FBC Mandy Bowdler and Andrew Oranjuik.
This time was different. Andrew was quick, patient and diligent. I instantly felt a sense of relief after few rounds of communication with him. As expected, the outcome to resolve my claim was followed soon.
