Private nuisance and harassment claim
Our solicitor has been honest and straight forward from the start. He was concerned about the cost of our case and advised us of this. He suggested that we contact our home insurance to see if we could use the legal fee cover to help with our claim. Our case has now transferred to a solicitor with our home insurers. Before transferring we have benefitted from advice and support on both our civil claim and a possible criminal case.
