I'm very grateful to Jonathan Dattani for all his guidance, professional approach to my Will and LPA. I am 56 years and needed to update my Will and consider big questions related to LPA. I was quite daunted by the whole matter. Jonathan helped me to understand the matter better by explaining the legal implications of various options. I feel at peace with the decisions I made, and this is largely due to Jonathan's ability to make the information accessible. After my initial meeting with him, I took some time to think about the content of both my Will and LPA. I appreciated this space and Jonathan's flexibility, sensitivity, attention, politeness, diligence, as well as his deeper approach to my 'big' questions. His service was outstanding and the whole process smooth and straightforward. I am also grateful to Hannah Maskell who as Legal PA was also very professional, courteous and great in communication/emails.

Happy with the service

A fairly straightforward update of wills and writing of lasting powers of attorney was dealt with professionally and pleasantly. The explanation of legal points was clear. The fees were high but were agreed in advance. Would recommend.

Probate
I have used Woodfines on numerous occasions over the last couple of years. For my Fathers probate, Mothers Will, Mother probate and tax matters. I found them a very professional and approachable company to deal with. They gave me great legal support when dealing with deaths of family members.
