I used Watermans to buy a property, they came recommended to me by my mortgage advisor. I dealt with Sophie, who was extremely helpful throughout the process, answering all my queries, which probably were a little silly at time as I was a first time buyer and had little knowledge on the process, and kept me up to date with any developments. Highly recommend for conveyancing, thanks to Sophie this process was a lot less stressful than I think it would've been otherwise

Professional and knowledgeable advice
I had a great experience with Sophie. She always gave great advice and was always quick at replying. The whole process was made easier and quicker with Sophie's help. She had a lot of knowledge when it came to the current market and what to offer on different properties. Picking up the keys was easy and Sophie was happy to answer any questions after we moved in. I couldn't recommend Sophie enough as she was so much help during the process!

Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly
Sophie made the process of buying our first home easy. She answered all the questions we had and made sure we understood the process and where we were in the process. She always kept us informed of progress and also worked with our mortgage advisor to get the information the lender had requested. She has a very good understanding of the current market in Edinburgh and gave great advice on what to offer for every property we looked at. This resulted in us getting an offer accepted that was lower than we thought we would need to offer which was fantastic!
I cannot recommend Sophie enough she is the perfect person to work with to buy your house.

Best in their field of expertise.
As first time buyers we were unsure and uneducated in many ways of buying a house. Sophie took away all that stress and worry by keeping us updated, well informed and was patient with some of our questions and queries. She clearly laid out all our requirements and processes to complete that helped us secure our dream home. Great experience as a first time buyer
Sophie was professional throughout and answered all my questions quickly and with great knowledge.

Excellent solicitors for purchasing flat
As a first time buyer the process of buying a property can be stressful, but Sophie was very prompt to answering questions, making sure my concerns and questions were dealt with. Sophie made sure that all work was done in time and ensured the seller kept to time frames as well. Would definitely recommend Watermans and Sophie as solicitors.

First time buyer
Sophie has been the most dependable and trustworthy person during my prolonged journey of buying my flat as a first time buyer. Excellent communication with no delay and infinite patience in answering all my questions. She has kept me sane and assured through multiple delays caused by the builders. She also made easy work of withdrawing my LISA funds. I can wholeheartedly recommend her and would use her services again without hesitation.
