Bright Solicitors provided our flat freehold management company with changes to its name and Articles of Association. The Articles needed to be brought up to date with Companies Act 2006 and reflect the leaseholders requirements for proxies and quoracy.

The work took a bit longer than expected with a change of solicitor but Sasha took over the reins and successfully got the changes all done through Companies House. She and Leila sorted out the Special Resolution and voting required with great email communication at all stages.

We recently needed to prepare a business sale which was complex and needed to be completed quickly. Bright Solicitors efficiently prepared all the legal agreements and documentation including all the necessary submissions to Companies House, sellers, buyers, HMRC etc.

This was achieved quickly and efficiently enabling us to meet all our deadlines with everything tied up in one cost-effective package. Fees were very reasonable; we were kept well-informed throughout; and all deadlines were achieved and concluded to the highest standard.
