Sale of property (subject to Probate)
Acting as Executor to my late father I appointed Jeff Hiscox to complete the conveyancing. Both he and his legal assistant, Isobel Horwood, were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. An added complication to the process was that the property was not registered on the land registry. This didn’t phase them and everything needed was provided to the purchasing Solicitor. Despite having to wait 24 weeks for Grant of Probate they processed the sale and when Probate was granted completed the sale in three weeks. I highly recommend Eric Robinson.

Great service all-round!
Jeff and his team were brilliant throughout the entire process! We worked with Jeff on a previous property purchase and thanks to his extensive experience and very rigorous approach we managed to dodge a bullet with that first try hence we went back to him when the next property came along. Jeff has a very thorough process, always double-checking and following up on inquiries which is coupled with a very in-depth understanding of both current and soon to come into force laws to give you an unparalleled legal advice during the purchase of a property. The communication was great and if you are anything like me (having a hard time digesting the legal terms) then a face to face meeting with Jeff will shed light on all outstanding issues and risks.

Remortgage
My wife and I would like to extend our gratitude to Isobel Horwood for conducting the legal work associated with the remortgage of our home from Santander to Leeds BS. We found Isobel's communication clear, helpful and timely which helped reduce the stress of the transaction. Moving House
We used this company to sell our house, Mr. Jeff Hiscox was our main Solicitor, but mainly dealt with Ms. Isobel Horwood who did a great job, always difficult to contact your solicitor but not, in this case, Ms. Horwood either picked up our call or got back to us We think she will go far, Thankyou Isobel for all your hard work.
