Jamil Hussain is an associate in the Commercial Property Department. With vast experience dealing with all aspects of real estate, he has a particular specialism in refinance, Landlord and Tenant matters, commercial property and development work. Known for being “responsive, practical and giving sound advice”, Jamil acts mainly for private individuals but has previously acted for a number of listed companies, councils and developers. Jamil has also previously acted for several local and national residential and commercial developers. He advises clients across a range of sectors in relation to their strategy around their real estate needs. In his spare time Jamil enjoys going to the gym, spending time with family and has an interest in cars. “I strive to understand the motives behind my client’s transaction to ensure a tailored, accurate and commercial outcome to a legal process.
