We were recommended Nash & Co by a family member, and we're so glad we chose them for the conveyancing services on our first property purchase. The entire team was outstanding (Amy, James, and Bethany), but Amy was especially fantastic. She was thorough, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Amy kept us informed every step of the way and worked hard to ensure we secured the best deal possible. Her confidence and professionalism were invaluable, especially when dealing with challenging vendor’s solicitors. We couldn’t recommend them enough! I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Amy Paterson and her fantastic team; James, Amanda and Bethany for all their hard-work and support in purchasing my first home!

Amy had come highly recommended as a conveyancing solicitor by a local surveyor I’d been working with, and I couldn’t be more thankful.

Amy is diligent, thorough and offers excellent advice and support when facing challenging decisions. Emails and calls were returned in a matter of hours, if not immediately!

I can’t thank the team enough for making the conveyancing experience as stress-free as possible and helping me navigate the natural obstacles when purchasing a property.

Amy recently acted for me with regard to my sale and purchase. Amy, Beth and James were always on hand to assist with any queries I had. The chain was somewhat complex but the team kept me informed and acted really swiftly. The conveyancing department as a whole were really helpful and readily available when required which was very encouraging. I’d happily recommend and use Nash & Co in the future should the need arise.

Nash and Co helped us move into our first home and they were fantastic throughout the process. We closed within 8 weeks of offer and actually even brought forward the closing date by a month and we still completed on time. We worked with James, Bethany, Emily and Amy and they were all fantastic. Really responsive, always replied to emails and always answered calls. Not one bad thing to say! We were very motivated to move and so were the seller and Nash understood this, and acted accordingly throughout.

The app wasn't quite my style as I prefer hard documents, and they were fantastic on that front too.

Would recommend this solicitor to anyone, Thank you very much indeed to all the team.
