Excellent Communication
I was extremely pleased with the handling of the sale of my mothers house. It was dealt with very efficiently and effectively. I was impressed that I was always able to speak to someone when I phoned, and my emails received a reply very quickly. Kylie Bourne, who handled my case, was nearly always available to answer queries and she explained everything clearly, such a help to calm any worries. Other members of the team always keen to be as helpful as possible. Will definitely use their services again in the future.
