The most professional and dedicated senior associate Elizabeth Miles

I was in a vulnerable position and required professional support in order to give my children the safety and permanence they desperately needed. The support Elizabeth Miles gave me was well placed and thought out in which Elizabeth gave me time, dedication and an abundance of patience to help me as a parent in a situation I didn't think I would be in. I felt assured and safe knowing that the case, in which I was actively seeking justification for my children's rights, was in good hands. Elizabeth has an extensive background of family proceedings and I can say that she absolutely knows the right way to help. With an approach of great understanding and professional knowledge, Elizabeth was able to formulate a response that delivered great results, thanks to Elizabeth my case is over with a positive ending to a very trying time. I highly recommend this firm. I want to say a huge thank you to Faizan and his team for being there and supporting me in both my matters (child arrangement/divorce). Faizan was not my original solicitor he was a stand in but decided to take my case. I'm glad he did. He was very professional, understanding and didn't make feel like I was unintelligent for not understanding all the legal terms. Communication was great, few in person, occasional phone calls but majority via emails which I preferred. Both outcome was what I wanted. Faizan and team i can't thank you enough.

Very disappointed. Val hewertson was our mediator and very disappointed in how the session ended. I was told in our 1st session we would come to arrangements about certain points and neither of them was adhered to. Overall it was a waste of money and time and would've been better off putting the money towards going to court.
