Having been very impressed with Ridley and Hall when Gareth Jones dealt with my litigation I decided I would use them for my conveyancing. Once more I received brilliant service from Shelly and her team Calvin even made me chuckle! Shelly always made herself available and answered any questions promptly. The team were friendly and efficient and I have to say reasonably priced. Strongly recommend this firm!

Would recommend and would use their services again.

I've just recently sold a house and used Ridley & Hall as my solicitors. They were very good, got the ball rolling straight away. Communication was good, I always knew what was happening and when. From start to finish the service was fantastic. I would recommend and I would use them again if needed.

Outstanding from start to finish!

My business partner and I recently purchased our first investment property which meant navigating lots of unknowns for the first time. Working with Ridley & Hall and Alistair McKinlay in particular meant we never had to worry about the legal side of the process. Alistair is a top class professional and couldn't have made it easier for us to understand and follow the process. We felt completely at ease throughout, well informed and were blown away with the service from start to finish, even when some unforeseen challenges cropped up! We are looking forward to working with the team again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone else.

Conveyancing without stress!

Our first sale fell through but luckily for us another offer was made and accepted. As it was an old property an issue arose that our solicitor dealt with efficiently and successfully. We were kept informed and regularly updated when things happened. We felt that our interests were priority. I have no hesitation in recommending Ridley and Hall, they did an excellent job for us.

Where to start? Excellent communication, honesty and lovely, lovely approachable people. Shelly and Calvin were nothing short of AMAZING; when the process/ bottom of the chain almost lost me my mind; these wonderful people pulled me back from the brink. Ashley and Lucy also deserve a mention - without this team of experts, this move simply could not and would not have happened.

Cannot recommend highly enough.
Thank you for your hard work and facilitating my move into my dream home.

Friendly, helpful and efficient.

I was an executor responsible for the sale of my deceased sisters home, they had previously dealt with the sale of my mothers home where again I was the executor. In both cases they were excellent in keeping me informed of how things were going. They were always friendly and approachable and completely honest in their communication. In the case of my sisters home completion was due on the Friday when Barclays Banks systems went down. Because other firms in the chain used Barclays this resulted in the money not arriving until Monday. At every stage they kept me up to date and didn't make any decisions without getting my approval first.

Top level service

We sold our house a couple of years ago with Adam L which made the transaction really easy - Adam builds a high level of trust and I think that is massively important in these transactions.
We have then sold a family home via a probate and it was a no brainer to pick the phone up to Adam (ably assisted by Leanne)
Adam equally very astute in dealings, crucially updates which were regular (which is what you want isn’t it?) simplify positions and signposting what was to happen next.
Advocacy in professional services is hard earnt, but really deserved here.
