Excellent service for a small corporate transaction

As a small business going through an acquisition by a larger company, we came to the table with little understanding of the legal procedures necessary. Tyr was excellent throughout, explaining everything clearly, being very responsive to queries and patient with our (probably obvious) questions. The service was provided at good value, and staff members (Samuel especially) were always available and willing to help. All round we felt we were in good hands.

Very happy with the advice given to me by Edward Smith and Nigel Brooks.
I was having sleepless nights worrying about how I was going to get the money that was owed to me.
Edward Smith helped me understand the different routes that were possible, which meant that I could sleep again and I eventually got my money.
Very quick to respond and answered my calls immediately with knowledge about who I was and answered my questions without hesitation, putting me straight about any misconceptions that I might have had.

Matthew did an excellent job - getting to grips quickly with a complex and document heavy case. Very strong forensic skills, very approachable and responsive. Also supportive of me. Matthew dealt admirably with two challenging opponents and ultimately steered the claim to a negotiated settlement.
