I was referred to Gracfields and they have been dealing my case for 2 years now and I have had no communication from them. Claire never responds to calls or emails and the person who you call on the help desks seems lost.

Shocking service and now they are not responding to even closing my case.

Everyone please don't choose this Solicitor 🙏

I had an accident and was referred to Gracefield solicitors.
I have been calling and sending emails to Claire she never responds , been calling and spoke to Colin and Alia. Every time I call they don’t know who is dealing with the case They said I will receive a call back and I never receive one. It has been over 2 years and I don’t know what is going on with my case. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone using this service. Very very bad customer service!

Absolutely fantastic service from Kenny and his team, I cannot recommend him enough. Kenny has seen myself, my sister and my mum through arduous immigration applications, he has helped us for the last 10 years, each step of the way was very meticulously handled, and with complete care. From helping my mum successfully achieve citizenship through the Windrush process, to myself and my sister undergoing the 10 year route for indefinite leave to remain. I can now say with pure happiness and delight I have finally been granted ILR, and Kenny is the sole reason. He's a great family man, and very pleasant every encounter we have had with him, I cannot thank him enough, he deserves every bit of gratitude. He was recommended to me by a friend, and I have done the same and recommended his service my mum's partner is now also benefiting from. Fantastic solicitor, had every confidence in him, and never doubted his abilities.
