There is no communication whatsoever
My insurance company through this solicitor firm. I have got a claim going on and they provided me with a witness statement I have been trying to tell them that there is a lot of errors in the witness statement I have tried to call seven times and left them for emails and I've not had a single response to any of them every call does not get answered every email does not get response

DLG were meant to represent a very straightforward litigation to recover funds from a rogue trader. However, DLG managed to tick every box for solicitor negligences. DLG had a succession of paralegals handling the case, and never any actual trained solicitors, and the results or rather the complete lack there of, and the remarkable legal incompetence subsequently showed. They had the case for two years, and yet somehow DLG, and DLG alone consistently failed to progress the case form the standard initial legal phases, and consequently due to DLG our case failed completely to progress.
DLG consistently missed fundamental and blatant opportunities and overlooked key evidence, and their advice was invariably contradictory.
We have now had to report DLG legal services to the legal ombudsman and the Solicitors regulatory authority, and I can’t warn people enough to stay well away from DLG.

Terrible company. We lost our case because of our solicitors-DLG
Do not use this firm. It took over 6 years to get our personal injury claim to court. On the day our barrister made it clear he thought we would loose as so much evidence was missing from the file DLG had given him and the court. This was basic common sense evidence such as medical reports and evidence from the incident such as reports of repairs done after incident. During the 6 years we had to do all the chasing as our case was moved from one case handler to another or was just left when one went on maternity. One court date had to adjourned as DLG forgot to request some basic paperwork. This was after 5 1/2 years! Terrible company to deal with.

I had to leave my job and decided to take the company to court for unfair dismissal. I appointed DLG legal services to represent me and had Sarah Fairclough as my solicitor. She was very professional and felt with everything in a professional and timely manor. She explained everything and made sure I was comfortable in the decisions I was making. I would definitely use her/them if I needed to in the future.

had my accident over a year ago, my case with my insurance was settled 4 months ago and the other party’s insurance accepted liability. DLG do not have the staff to deal with these cases. I rung up 2 months ago to be told the case would be put to their insurance, I have just rang and been told nothing has happened since I last rang because they’re short staffed? Is this a sick joke? I have paid for their time and got nothing but stress. If I honesty knew this is what was going to happen I wouldn’t have bothered it’s really not worth the money for all the stress and calling you have to do for basic things to get done, most of the time when you ring your call handler is off sick or there too busy to speak to you, which on the odd occasion I can accept but then when they say they will call you back and never do, now that is taking the p***. Please if you are reading this before going with them for your claim, DONT! you have been warned. If you want a in experienced basic level solicitor go with DLG

Avoid at all costs
After a litany of delay and inaction over the recovery of small claim from a Third Party, the final straw was when I learned from the other driver (who I wrote to in desperation) that his insurers had paid the claim to DGL over 2 weeks ago. Almost 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting for the payment to be forwarded to myself. A week ago, DGL at my request (they don't do anything without being pushed to do so),sent a letter to the Third Party demanding payment before being taken to court! All the while, the payment was with them. I received an email from DGL yesterday which read "the payment should be with you in the next few days". Incompetence and indifference by a legal firm beyond belief. The case has been with DGL for 3 months to date where liability was not disputed.

The worst solicitor's company ever!
I have a case that dealt by DLG Legal Services, in the last almost 4 years now! And it's even settled yet every 4 or 5 months they email me that they are chasing the other insurance to settle the payment? I think DLG Legal Services are liers, theif and traitors, they are dealing with the other insurances also sharing the settlement money among themselves and ignoring whoever has injured in accident. I can only recommend DLG Legal Services to my enemies waiting for their claims to settle they probably receive the payment in their death ceremony! Doggy DLG Legal Services...!
