Excellent service - thoroughly recommend
My wife and I used Blacks solicitors while remortgaging one of our Buy-To-Let properties. From the day our case was managed by Liz Taylor it was first class from start to completion. I've dealt with a lot of solicitors but I often find the reason you would use the same one is because of its people and I would use Blacks Solicitors again because of the excellent service we received from Liz. Liz was incredibly responsive. Not one email or call was left not responded to. We had to deal with a lot of tight deadlines but they were a lot smoother because of Liz. She was calm and thoroughly professional at all times. There were times when she was out of office but her colleagues always dealt with our queries in a timely manner. Thank you, Liz. Sometimes we are left with bad experiences despite a completion meeting it's deadline but not only did we meet completion but we also had a fabulous service from you. Should we require your services again we shall be asking for Liz to manage our case. Thank you.
