I have used Lyndsey Bland at Bailley Smailes (Helios Legal services) for 2 house sales now the latter ne of which included the purchase of my new property. I find the conveyancing service provided by her to be excellent, she's gives great advice, is tenacious and detailed in her work.
My house sale and purchase completed this month and due to a long chain took 8 months to complete, but Lyndsey was always at hand to give the latest updates and also reaching out to 3rd parties to ensure the process was as smooth as possible. Could not recommend highly enough though Ive tried !

Conveyancing of our house

Lyndsey & Courtney were always friendly & helpful. Sometimes they were not available and occasionally I had to phone back. The solicitors for the buyers of our house were extremely slow.
A date to exchange on 1st October was agreed early on but they were so slow that the go ahead was given at 11am the day before.
