I can’t even begin to explain how disgracefully poor my experience was with LCF.
Even when trying to make a valid complaint through their very own complaints procedure as shown on their website, Mr Stell (one of the Managing Directors) will do anything to dodge you. I’ve been waiting over a whole month for Mr Stell to properly let me know that he is looking into my case…
Poor communication, lack of ownership of mistakes and pure incompetence are just a few things I can say about this company.
I’m now having to go through an alternative complaint body to even get listened to.
I wish I could leave a 4 or 5 star review like most people about this company but I really think they dropped the ball with my case.
