Normal practise is to be available between your office opening hours, but your commitment towards your clients is evident, you have gone above and beyond, you are patient and attentive, and made yourself available to us in your own personal time just to put our mind at ease, we acknowledge and really appreciate this.

You are honest and generally very down to earth.
