I realised I needed to act quickly to get my lease extended before it dropped below 80 years. I contacted South East Leasehold online and had a prompt response with clear instructions on what I needed to do. The process was started promptly and progressed smoothly. I was kept informed throughout and direct contact with the solicitor dealing with my case. This helped take a lot of th stress out of the situation. I would recommend South East Leasehold if you need a lease extension.

Can’t recommend South East Leasehold enough
This review is for a different branch.
I can’t recommend South East Leasehold enough. They completed all the work on my lease extension and kept me informed throughout – not that I had to do anything really – they also reduced the freeholders claim by £8,000.
