This company is by far the worst you will see
Zero customer service.
Incompetent staff (Alex B) put the phone down on me.
Rudeness.
Unhelpful.
Unprofessional Attitude.
Not a clue (Paperwork lost)
Incomplete responses.
Lack of knowledge about previous requested leaving us no further forward.
House sale will fall through due to Alex not sending correct information to our solicitor.(Over 6 months now still ongoing) should be ready to complete by now.
Numerous emails only chase things up every 2/3 weeks.
Lazy / Unawareness of consequences of all the above.
Do not trust them with your hard earned money.

Great service, got the job done. Took quite longer than expected - 2 months into a year! But overall would recommend as there was certainly great communication involved. Price could be lowered according to delay involved but I was kept fully aware of them which is great.

I work in the hub of the community of Lincoln Road and went for advice with company when I felt vunerable in how my Divorce was progressing.
Poojam, was superb from start to finish, professional and decisive when it mattered.

“We would like to say thank you to HS Lawyers Ltd. We dealt with Pooja at Wolverhampton office. Pooja was very helpful and always explains things to us in Punjabi/Urdu language to aid better understanding throughout the whole process. She is very polite and professional.
