We have recently completed the purchase of an additional commercial property using Tahira at Pearce Legal Solicitors.

We have used other solicitors for previous commercial property purchases, but felt their level of service was nowhere near the standard of Tahira's work. She has worked diligently, efficiently and effectively, updating us regularly as the transaction progressed. We can confidently say that Tahira exceeded our expectations in getting the purchase across the line with minimum stress and hassle.

We will not hesitate to use Tahira's services again as we add further properties to our portfolio.

Exceptional Service!!

Throughout the whole process of selling my late mother's house, the level of communication, has far exceeded my expectations. The other matter which impressed me so much, was the ease and assistance of completing the required documents. Finally, within such a short time of being notified the sale had been completed, the funds were deposited into my bank.
I highly recommend using Pearce Legal, service as I say, has been exceptional, and their fee's are very competitive.
