Excellent Service

It was the first time I used Harbans Solicitors and it definitely will not be the last.

Mr Gurpreet Bhatia was very professional and I was able to contact him directly on his mobile which was great.

The whole process of buying my home was stress free and regular updates were given so I was aware of the progress.

Thank you for your assistance.

Replacement will

Tried to make a simple inquiry over the phone regarding a replacement will. Someone picked the phone up first after one ring and then hung up immediately. Rang straight back and a man answered with some of the worst english imaginable. I asked him did you hang up on me. The man seemed to be confused and in broken english asked me for a number. I asked do you mean my phone number, to which he replied "I pass you on". Spoke to another chap who thankfully did speak english but was even harder to get straight answer out of. Couldn't give me simple advice over what happens if you lose your will. I was told couldn't discuss wills over the phone and would have to come in person. Kept banging on about confidentiality. Bunch of joeys!!

BAD ADVICE AND OUTCOME

We used Mr Khatkar, he is solicitor from these office. We used him for my sisters children and divorce matter. We did everything he tell us, we made up lots of allegation against my brother in law, but still we did not win the case. We realised he is playing us and not giving the best help. Now my sister can not reconcile, her life is a mess and we lost so much money also which we pay all cash. Made us write so many statements and so many different stories and it was waste of time. I won't suggest these solicitors to anyone. I am Jamal JJ from Saudi.

Even after a cash discount I am not happy because the case was not done properly.

I've known this firm of solicitors for a long time and felt they were my friends and always had my best interest at heart. but recently they deal with a family matter and cost us £33k that I've accounted for, and I am not happy with them. I have always been happy with the service but this time I was disappointed. despite listen to advice and making up allegation my niece still did not win the case completely. Although the firm was helpful and took all-cash payment. because I was able to pay £33,000 cash they offered me a discount and exempt me from paying the VAT but I am not happy at all overall because they did not win my case properly or give the attention they needed to. so I won't go there again sorry.

Advice about nri property

Very rude solicitor. I walked into their office for quick advice but Harbans came across as an arrogant and very rude solicitor. Will not be dealing with them at all.
