A big thank you!
Just wanted to say a big thank you firstly, to the lovely lady I spoke to on Wednesday afternoon, I don’t know her name. I called quite upset as we had been struggling to get some documents signed by our own solicitor which was delaying the purchase of our council house. She was so kind and booked us in with Michael for that same afternoon.
Finally, thank you Michael for taking the time at very short notice to get the documents signed. We really did appreciate it. We heard the very next day that they had been received and that process was now completed!!
From start to finish our query was dealt with in a caring and professional manner with useful information. We definitely will be dealing with this firm for any future matters.
