Rude and unwelcoming

The solicitor didn't bother to introduce herself when we arrived. (I assuse she was the solicitor but cannot be certain). We were charged £50 for an ID1 form and a further £20 for the privilege of completing an online search on our own phone which duplicated the reason for going in the first place. This also required additional documentation which we had not been asked to bring.
The whole experience was of someone who didn't really have confidence in what they were doing.

A simple question other solicitor firms did not have time to consider

I called Clb after calling three other law firms. Unlike them Clb gave me the opportunity to ask a question and were professional enough to answer it. Thank you.
