Worst Solicitor Firm in London - Go Elsewhere !!!

My experience with Sterling Winshaw Solicitors head office in north London over the past few years has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, their service was far below the standard I expected from a so called professional legal firm. They consistently demonstrated a shocking lack of organisation, losing critical documents related to my case on multiple occasions. This disorganisation caused significant delays and forced me to resubmit paperwork repeatedly, adding unnecessary stress and frustration to an already difficult situation. Communication was equally abysmal-phone calls went unanswered for days, and emails were ignored for weeks, even when the matter was urgent. When I did manage to get through, I was passed from one person to another without ever receiving a clear or satisfactory answer. This lack of responsiveness left me feeling completely neglected and in the dark about the progress of my case.
To make matters worse, the firm repeatedly missed critical court deadlines, jeopardizing the outcome of my case and putting me at a significant disadvantage. Their inability to manage even the most basic aspects of legal work, such as meeting deadlines, showed a staggering lack of professionalism and care. On top of this, I was consistently misled about fees. The firm provided vague estimates initially, but the final bills were far higher than expected, with no clear explanation for the discrepancies. This lack of transparency felt exploitative and made it impossible to budget effectively.
Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of my experience was the firm's lack of expertise. Despite advertising themselves as specialists in litigation, they repeatedly provided incorrect advice and handled my case in an amateurish manner. Their incompetence prolonged the process and led to unfavourable outcomes that could have been avoided with proper representation. To add insult to injury, there were instances where the firm outright lied about the status of my case and the work they had completed. This dishonesty completely eroded any remaining trust I had in them.
Overall, my experience with Sterling Winshaw Solicitors was a litany of failures-lost files, poor communication, missed court deadlines, and a lack of expertise. Their unprofessionalism and incompetence caused significant harm to my case and added immense stress to my life. I would strongly caution anyone against using their services. No one should have to go through the same substandard, subpar experience I endured. Time, money & energy wasted and I would not wish this poor service on anyone.
If you want your case to be successful AVOID THIS FIRM at all costs. SPARE YOURSELF THE SUFFERING !!!
