My claim started in 2019 and is still going shocking frim for updating. Anytime I call they say its going to court. Then they tell me all excuses. Alot of people I know have had payments years ago.

Terrible law firm every time I’ve called in the last 6 to 8 months informing them of information on Mercedes diesel claim nobody comes back to you. You get through to a South African call centre and they say it’s been urgently escalated and nobody comes back to you I would say this firm is scamming people.

Was initially a bit wary of joining this group compensation claim (for a data breech). Easy enough to submit the information required. Case took a long time to process - I guess normally for complex legal matters - but Keller Lenkner kept me informed of developments periodically. I was delighted when I received my compensation payment at the end - considerably more than I'd expected and they waived their own fees. Excellent work!
