Amazing service

Mohammed has been great from start to finish. He was always available when needed and helped me chase up the other sides when they went radio silent. We were very stressed going into the procedure because we were purchasing an auction property and we were on a tight deadline. The only thing I was sure of in the whole process was that Mohammed was doing all he can to get the job done. We're very happy with him and would 100% go with him again given the chance.

Mediation went as well as it could have

I approached Balraj to mediate a child contact matter. I want to thank him for all his efforts in opening the communication with the mother. Unfortunately, mediation broke down and I will have to go through court.

I would highly recommend both Balraj and Sharan for any of your domestic and family court applications and cases. I became their client back in August 2024 which with both of their support, guidance and professional advice I was able to get court protection from my ex/child's father from years of abuse. They've both been so professional yet so friendly towards myself and listened through tears of my heartache and nightmares and were able to re-assure me and give me the legal support I needed. If I have any issues, I would certainly go back and seek legal support from them and I will recommend to any person struggling with domestic violence or family court applications to seek the help from both Balraj and Sharan. Thank you both so much.

friendly, approachable and understanding - complex finances on divorce

Balraj and his team were very friendly, approachable and understanding. I was happy with the financial settlement. My ex-husband didn't want to engage and there was significant non-disclosure, but despite this Balraj managed to get the right outcome.

I used Jagdev Legal for the purchase of my home that I needed completing on a short time frame. The sale had been refused by many high street brands and Balraj took the job on himself. I have used Balraj on many previous matters and he has been professional, courteous and understanding. On the purchase of my home, Balraj took it upon himself to personally ensure that all searches were completed in a timely manner, all responses were received from the other party to ensure a timely completion. Definitely recommend Jagdev Legal.

They tuck £25000 and didn't do anything really. They happily tuck my case, went to court once and didn't say a single thing other then there name, then just closed my case after that, when it's still ongoing, nothing has been resolved yet, there just money greedy, they don't want to work for it, I have lost everything, I wouldn't even recommend these lot to an enemy.

My para legal solicitor was very helpful, her name was Sharan Kitaure. I was very stressed as my divorce was at a standstill. Then I decided to get my own solicitors. I would highly recommend any issues you are having with a divorce to hire these guys. Sharan was very helpful and always available to speak to.
