Fantastic Solicitors, highly recommend

I would highly like to recommend JR Jones solicitors especially Rukhsana Kauser for dealing with my property queries. I have bought a property recently where the process was handled very professionally & efficiently within a duration of 6 weeks. They are always reliable & courteous to answer any queries. They are the best I have come across the market & very knowledgeable. I dealt with Rukhsana Kauser who went out of her way to close my deal in a timely manner. I will always be using JR Jones for all my property needs.

The success is from JR JONES

I was recommended by a friend to JR JONES and Fozia Rafiq was my solicitor. I was going through a lot and I was under depression. Despite the fact of Fozia being a solicitor, she acted like a Councillor to my situation. Her kind and comfortable words became part of my medication. Due to my solicitor's determination and professionalism, I was successful.

All in all, JR JONES SOLICITORS is the best law firm.

Incompetent Conveyancing Service by JR Jones

I had applied for transfer of a property through JR Jones, 614 Stratford Rd, Birmingham, in Jan 2023. Requested JR Jones to correct the name of an owner before applying for transfer. JR Jones never corrected the name and applied. I kept calling and asking Mr. Asim for the status of my application. Most of the time there is none to answer your query. Mr. Asim is always not available. Now I am doubtful if Mr. Asim is a conveyancing technicin / solicitor at all? Conveyancing team have no communication with each other. Land Registry sent a requisition to JR Jones in May 2023 for correction of the name and clarification of other things. JR Jones never informed me of the requisition and resubmitted the application with same documents. Transfer was rejected by Land Registry. I was never informed of rejection by JR Jones, very unprofessional behavior by a law firm. I finally contacted JR Jones in October 2023 and was told of rejection of the application. I had asked why the name correction was not made before hand? Why I was not informed of the requisition? Why JR Jones submitted the same documents and hoped for a different outcome? No one knows the answers at the JR Jones. My written complaint to JR Jones was not entertained properly. Very very unprofessional behavior by Mr. Asim and Ms. Salam. JR Jones is unprofessional uncaring law firm. I had complained to Legal Ombudsman.

Probate

I had a probate case that needed dealing with and came across JR Jones Solicitors based in Birmingham.

I was put through to a member of the team named Aasim who dealt with my case in a prompt and professional manner.

From the start of the application to the final outcome, i was kept up to date on the progress of my case on a regular basis. I was impressed with how swift everything went, this was due to the hard work by the individual.

I will be using this firm again and I would definitely recommend to others in need of a indistinguishable service.
