Lacked knowledge, and sent surprise bills. They don't quote you or send an engagement letter, they just bill as many hours as they like at whatever price they like.
I have been threatened to be sued because I left an honest review of my bad experience with them.

Was never quoted any money, they just charged how many hours they liked.
Did not find them helpful and resourceful. They never took the time to understand the situation, where never proactive, never having ideas or coming up with a strategy.
Letters by them sent on my behalf had inaccuracies, they have missed out important information in reviewing form E, the list can contine. Now they threaten to sue for defamation for leaving a review about my experience.

In one year representing me,I paid a big amount,paid for an injunction on December and she sent it by email(didn't go to the Court at all) on March ;being listed on 14th of April when was too late,I was evicted from the property being paid 6 months of deposit and 3 months of rent in advance
On the listing mu solicitor didn't go because she considered unnecessary
