Excellent Service

I was recommended to David Bunn & Co’s Weoley Castle office after purchasing a property at auction with a very tight completion deadline. Rannu and Dawn provided outstanding service, consistently keeping me informed throughout the process and offering excellent advice that proved highly beneficial for my new property. I would highly recommend Rannu and Dawn at David Bunn & Co’s Weoley Castle office without hesitation.

Amazing Service

All the staff at David Bunn & Co Stirchley were amazing during the purchase of our first home! Roxy dealt with our purchase and was incredibly quick to respond to queries, very knowledgeable and informative. Really lovely secretarial staff too, who were so helpful along the way.

Have, and will continue to, recommend the firm and their services. The whole team made the process of buying our first home as exciting and stress free as possible.

Dawn and Donna! Stars!

I found out after nearly losing my purchase that the seller was using another David Bunn office , so ended up using Weoley castle office ! What a pleasure ! Both Donna and Dawn were amazing ! They both were so professional and made me feel like a VIP, they also completed in record timing! These girls really are stars! They’re the sort who put the great into Great Britain!

Unprofessional. Best to Avoid.

I employed this company to handle the sale of my parents house, based on the recommendation of the Estate Agent. This was a big mistake. I should have read the reviews beforehand. They are unprofessional and the main solicitor is arrogant.

There is lack of communication from their staff and when you call, the receptionist undermines you - not the customer service you expect for the fees you are paying.

I was told at the 11th hour that they could not no longer act on our behalf as they couldn't deal with a property in a Trust!!

It took them 3 months to realize this, and then have the audacity to remove themselves as our solicitors because they cannot handle 'Trusts'.
So not only did we lose the money we had paid them, but the sale was put back by a further 4 month. Luckily I replaced them with another solicitor's firm, who know their job. An expensive lesson learnt

Bottom line - They are Unprofessional, lack Customer Service and operate with arrogance.

Best to avoid such legal practices.

Terrible Service

I am using Rannu at David Bunn in WeoleyCastle. I would like to say that she is the worst conveyancer ever.

Donna was handling my file in the sale of my property because Rannu was on maternity leave but since her return she has made false allegations against me that I am always changing my mind and saying
that she will not act for me if I change my mind again. I don't know what she means as I have not changed my mind.

Cannot fault..fantastic service

In the last 12 months I have used the services of the Kings Heath branch for the sale and purchase of properties. I can not fault the service I received in any way.

Hayley was absolutely brilliant, and the process was smooth, quick and easy. I would definitely recommend. Thank you for taking away the stress.

Excellent customer service

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Gemma. Recently Gemma wrote our wills and changed the deeds on our property from joint tenancy to tenancy in common, explaining everything about what the advantage to us would be by doing this. Nothing was too much trouble for Gemma, she answered all of our concerns positively and accurately. Time wise things where processed very quickly. We would certainly use Gemma again if the need arises. Price wise the costs were reasonable.
Thank you again Gemma
Kind regards
Donna & Tim Hodges
