Lorraine and her team have been incredible from day one of my case. I received no guidence at all and was forgotten about constantly.
it took 3 years and chasing for answers, quick to send bills and chase payment for work that was not done.

I understand the majority of the work was carried out with a previous firm, with Loose Legal being instructed to conclude a consent order that had largely already been agreed. Naomi is the most caring and hard working solicitor you could have. She always show care in getting things right for her clients and works hard to make sure her clients get an outcome they are happy with.
