Georgina guided us expertly through our recent property transactions. Fortunately, the sale of our barn (circa 1750, but first registration 1998) was simplified by the Epitome of Title in our possession. Georgina dealt with this and our private sale with admirable speed. The purchase of our apartment required Georgina's professional diligence and persistence to obtain all the responses from the vendor's solicitor.
