Employment Matter - Redundancy Process

Following my redundancy I engaged with Amanda Pillinger and Associates to review the process used by my employer. The services provided by Amanda were set out from the start which included her responsibilities, costs and the procedure. After our initial meeting, Amanda made contact with my employer detailing our claim with terms and conditions.

As a senior leader in an organisation, I was in a difficult position which I personally believed challenged my integrity and made my position untenable. Amanda Pillinger was recommended by a former colleague. All dealings I had with Amanda were excellent, professional and challenging
with transparent and open comms and no judgement at any time! Amanda ensured I achieved the outcome I wanted. Fees were more than reasonable too, which is always more than welcome!

Professional, prompt and positive outcome!

I was recommended to Amanda from a local solicitor, she called me back withing 20 minutes. It was a very stressful time but Amanda was clear and concise with her guidance and took the lead with all communications. Without Amanda's support I would have certainly been worse off, both financially and mentally. It's really important if you are being asked to sign something to consult a professional and I'm really glad that I did! Thanks again Amanda
