I can't tell you how happy I am that I used Bike Lawyer! My solicitor was Ian Dexter and I can't praise him enough. The whole process was explained and carried out in a smooth, easy to understand manner, any delays were down to experts and insurers and Ian was always on top of everything. He was extremely patient with me when I needed something explaining or was asking for progress. My settlement amount was much more than I expected, I'm over the moon with the results. At no point during the process did I have any reason to complain. I was a pillion on my partners bike when we skidded on an excessive amount of mud which had been left on the road by the farmer !! The full weight of the bike landed on my left leg causing multiple fractures on my ankle!!
