Following a motorcycle accident and having absolutely no help from my insurer, a friend recommended Bikelawyers.
From the first meeting I knew this was the right place for help.
Straight talking, explained every step we needed to take,( things went down some complicated routes I won't go into) always kept my family and myself in the loop, and always available for any queries or to clarify issues.
Cannot speak highly enough of all the staff, especially Richard.

I can't tell you how happy I am that I used Bike Lawyer! My solicitor was Ian Dexter and I can't praise him enough. The whole process was explained and carried out in a smooth, easy to understand manner, any delays were down to experts and insurers and Ian was always on top of everything. He was extremely patient with me when I needed something explaining or was asking for progress. My settlement amount was much more than I expected, I'm over the moon with the results. At no point during the process did I have any reason to complain. All in all I can't recommend Ian and Bike Lawyer enough, they know their stuff and are extremely easy to deal with, no query left unanswered. You certainly won't regret hiring Bike Lawyer.

After hitting an oil spill and coming off my bike, I sustained a significant wrist injury which involved an operation and extensive physiotherapy. Recovery took many months and I have been left with permanent issues. I was unsure if I was entitled to claim, but decided to call Bikelawyer Ltd and after hearing about my accident, Ian Dexter took on my case. Ian was very professional and helpful, always keeping me advised where my case was and what the next steps would be. I just want to say a massive thank you for all you have done over the past 18 months to get me to where I am today, If my partner hadn't of bought a moterbike newspaper because they didn't have his usual magazine in stock, then we would have never seen your advert for Bikerlawyers!
It was obviously meant to be and the best decision we ever made to contact you.
I was a pillion on my partners bike when we skidded on an excessive amount of mud which had been left on the road by the farmer !! The full weight of the bike landed on my left leg causing multiple fractures on my ankle!! We contacted (Bennett) who we were insurance with at the time of the accident they where a complete waste of space from the very start!! Despite their fancy website!!
We call the Bikerlawyers and they ask if we had photos, thankfully our friends who we were out riding with us at the time had taken photos of the excess mud that was left on the road, we sent them to Cameron who then set the wheels in motion. ( Excuse the pun)
Cameron has helped us through what was a very difficult time in our lives when we didn't know where to start, but he made it easy, keeping us up to date with phone calls, emails etc throughout the whole process.
We have now reach a settlement and thankful I am making steady progress and my recovery is going very well!

Following on from a very bitter experience with the previous solicitor firm for the same accident, I was very sceptical about approaching bike lawyer solicitors to discuss about switching to them. From our very first meeting, it was clear to me that Ian was very compassionate and he showed utmost transparency from the first day we spoke. Despite the complexities of my accident, which involved multiple trauma and a complex brachial plexus injury, you remained a steadfast source of support, always available to address my concerns and alleviate any anxieties I have had.Despite the defendants being very unorthodox, and not responding to our queries within a reasonable time frame which drove my anxiety even further (even though I remained calm externally, my head was in turmoil), your guidance and advice in

I contacted Bike Lawyer after I was involved in a serious motorcycle accident in 2021 resulting in substantial injuries, I had the fortune of speaking with Ian Dexter, who after an Initial discussion and email took on my claim.
