Dreadful solicitors

For the second time of dealing with this firm . My mother of 83 was made to feel inferior and bullied . First time from one of the partners and second time from
A lady who spoke to my mother as if she was uneducated and an idiot . After asking the lady if she could have her POA sent the lady said no youl need to pick it up . An 83 year old who has heart failure and frail was told you could be anyone when she could give all details to prove otherwise . She sought advice from another solicitors who told her she was originally wrongly advised re POA . Prior to this the solicitor bullied her asking why someone wasn’t in her will but her will and her life have no concern to solicitors . Her requests are hers not for a solicitor or anyone to judge or sway her wishes .
She has been asked to provide documentation such aS passport copy and utility from said lady at solicitors but as this person already knew she would not have a utility bill as she lives with her daughter . She then told her she would send email for her but failed to do so resulting in having to make another call on the Monday . Her anxiety and stress they have put her through is a disgrace and to treat an elderly lady with this attitude is appalling
