Slow communication

Having used the solicitors previously for conveyancy was expecting same normal level of service and communications. This time sadly lacking. Slow to start, no one returning calls, someone, everyone always on another line. Assume I could not get to speak to the conveyancing team. solictors or clerks as part time clerks working so few hours I was at the bottom of a long list. Could not recommend this firm as they are currently operating.
