I was initially sceptical about pursuing a claim for medical negligence but after an initial consultation those thoughts diminished. Clair sought out fantastic experts to build my case and was a guiding light of hope throughout my lengthy case, almost 8 years. Simon Fox KC was a pillar of knowledge his background and both intelligence and emotional intelligence are amazing. These 2 people combined are a force to be reckoned with. At every stage I was fully informed of what was happening in the background, communication from the team at Thompsons was also fantastic. always willing to take my call or return my calls which again is reassuring.
I would without hesitation recommend not only Clair Wilson but her team and Thompsons Solicitors should you ever need a medical negligence legal expert. I was very happy with the outcome albeit I wish it never happened but it did and life must go on, the advice and guidance from Clair and Simon makes the onward journey that bit easier now.

I dealt with Stuart Latham of the Newcastle Asbestos Team on behalf of my Father who had been diagnosed with mesothelioma. I found Stuart to be very professional, extremely compassionate and approachable. This, coupled with his knowledge of such claims made dealing with my father's situation easier and one less thing to worry about. Overall, my experience of working with Thompson's has been positive.
