Used this firm as conveyancing solicitors. In the ex family home. They repeatedly ignored the fundamentals of a court order and showed complete disregard for myself as their instructing client. As a result of 22 laws inaction I lost thousands and matters were prolonged at the request of the other party at my expense and for nearly a year. Horrendous experience.

I did a risky thing in buying my first home at auction. With the tight deadline to get a mortgage sorted, the auctioneers recommended 22 Law to me. They did not disappoint.
They were incredibly swift, easy to work with and efficient with none of the usual solicitor jargon. They made the purchase effortless and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Thank you.

As the heading states - We couldn’t have been happier with the conveyancing of our property. We have used Claire Stanton and her Team before as we renovate properties and then sell on and always found our dealings with Ajd Law Ltd.
