My experience with Raw Clark was a good one . There were a few times when i waited a couple of days for a response to an email but a phone call usually rectified this . Kate was my solicitor and i found her really helpful, thumbs up from me

I would like to thank all staff who have been brilliant in dealing with the purchase of a couple of properties in the past couple of months.
One was from auction which had to be completed within 28 days which RAW Clark do so in the time frame and the other one was in a flat complex which needed a bit of work on the lease which again they did very quickly, especially with the time delays i expected with Covid etc.
RAW Clark are also dealing with a lease extension for me plus another purchase and cannot praise them enough for all their hard work and are always happy to help with any queries that arose and dealt with very promptly which did not delay the purchase.
Thanks again for a great service and will be using RAW Clark in the future.

Just a quick review of RAW LLP at Low Fell. Katie, Sophie and Lianne kept me up to date with the sale and purchase of my new property. This has just gone through at the end of March 2022. Again very helpful, always kept me informed and I was very happy they were chosen. It is worth noting that the purchasers of my property had a solicitor who had 5 star reviews, but did not keep them informed and wasn't in contact. But over the moon with RAW LLP. Thanks folks.

In over 25 years of using solicitors Raw Clark are by far the worst I've ever had the misfortune of working with.
We almost lost our new home after months of chasing and getting no response. Katie and Alan are disgraceful, they lack basic manners, empathy, and the most basic of customer service skills.
We moved in a year ago and are still waiting for the Land Register title update due to Raw Clark neglecting to follow process and respond. This resulted in us being liable to a fine which we paid. In fairness Raw Clark have refunded this but with NO apology and it taking a Law Society complaint being raised before action was taken.
Please do not use this solicitor if you value your time, money and sanity.
Alan Tulip is an absolute disgrace to this profession. Avoid at all costs

I would avoid this company at all costs. Due to their incompetence I lost the new-build property I wanted to buy. They do not return calls, reply to emails and fob you off with excuse after excuse. Shouldn’t be allowed to trade as a professional service, there is nothing professional about them.

Please use RAW clark if you want ZERO communication, NO Updates at all, the most stressfull experience of your life, 4 months down the line and i have absolutley no idea of where the process is at, how much longer its going to take.
They have taken on more work than they can handle. Started my proccess in April and still unsure as to whats going on? Mortgage expires in November and they will probably complete on the 31st Oct at this rate!
COVID excussess, funny enough the whole world has had to adapt! I have a job to do too and i would never ever give my clients/ staff or customers this shocking level of service or lack of that i have received.

Avoid at all costs -we tried to use them for a house sale as placed by our estate agents (Purple Bricks) and we spent months in this cycle of not hearing from them then every 3 weeks a generic email asking for documents we already sent, and saying they couldn't start without them. Never responded to phone calls or emails. We ended up asking to be transferred to another solicitor. Avoid - most incompetent firm I have ever worked with - very frustrating to lose that time.
