Tips on writing a great review
ReviewSolicitors wants your opinions to be heard
We want clients to get the information they need to make smart buying choices when choosing a solicitor, and we'd love to have your help doing that. If you have used a law firm
in the past, you can submit written review detailing the experience that you had. We encourage you to share your opinions, both favorable and unfavorable.
Who can create client reviews on ReviewSolicitors?
Anyone who has instructed a law firm in the past. All we ask is that you follow a few simple rules (see "What’s not allowed" below).
Tips on writing a great review
- Include the "why": The best reviews include not only whether you liked or disliked experience, but also why. Feel free to talk about the expertise of the advice you were given but also on how you felt you were treated by the law firm e.g. did they answer your communication in a timely manner, or were they able to explain things using language that you understood.
- Be specific: Your review should focus on the service you received and be a true representation of your experience. Other people in a similar situation will benefit from knowing more about the specific of how the law firm assisted you and your direct experience.
- Not too short, not too long: The ideal length is 75 to 500 words. Remember that people are unlikely to read every little detail if your review is too long.
- Be sincere: We welcome your honest opinion about the law firm you used. We do not remove reviews because they are critical. We believe all helpful information can inform new clients and help them choose which solicitor is right for them.
