Lucy managed the sale of my father's property during late 2024; the process was far from straightforward for her to deal with, yet I found Lucy to be extremely capable and proactive - ultimately she achieved the goal with completion taking place in mid January 2025. Communication was excellent and there was flexibility to meet at the Guildford office or online instead; she also phoned me regularly with specific updates. I recommend both Lucy and Moore Barlow to anyone who is seeking a reliable lawyer for conveyancing services in Surrey and beyond. Many thanks!

Moore Barlow has been our family solicitor for many years. The firm has always exceeded our expectations with imaginative solutions , creativity and tolerance to progress house sales to completion. On this sale Charlotte was outstanding, thoroughly professional yet friendly and with a great sense of humour - s he needed it for this sale!
It was pleasure to work with her throughout what should have been an easy sale yet we encountered unexpected challenges from the buyers solicitor every week.Nevertheless Charlotte worked hard at communications with all parties and eventually the sale was completed. Great stuff and thank you.

We had quite a tricky and complicated sale and purchase yet throughout the whole process Moore Barlow and in particular Sally, went above and beyond to ensure that both of these went through to completion.
The care and attention that we received was exceptional and we are so grateful for how Sally was always at the end of the phone or email to explain what was needed. She was always honest, friendly and made things really easy to understand. We felt in very safe hands and appreciated her advice and guidance throughout.
We feel very lucky that Sally was with us throughout the process as she was an absolute pleasure to work with.
