Did not provide the service agreed
Paid telephone appointment started 15 minutes late , was told it would be 1 hour but less than 45 minutes , the line kept dropping out , was told if i had any further questions to contact , tried to ask one simple question via email was asked to book another paid appointment even though the first hour had not been 1 hour , i was not impressed with the overall service and if i had trusted my instinct all the info was already available on the web so was not worth the money in my view.
