Od poczatku spraw zwiazanych z podzialem majatku po dlugim malzenstwie korzystalem z uslug wylacznie tej firmy. Na pierwszym spotkaniu prawnik w calosci przewidzial koncowy rezultat. Na kazdym etapie postepowania bylem informowany o mozliwych dzialaniach ze wskazaniem najkorzystniejszych dla mnie i dzieki temu udalo sie wygrac z agresywnymi prawnikami drugiej strony. Profesjonalizm i doswiadczenie zawodowe Mr Mark Hussey sa nie do przecenienia. Byl moim prawnikiem przez 14 miesiecy i polecam go kazdemu kto potrzebuje pomocy w oferowanym przez firme zakresie. Pozostane mu wdzieczny na zawsze.

I can’t really express enough how thankful I am to Emma Kirkaldie-Clay at Bellwether Solicitors, for all of her hard work through my difficult divorce.
For six years, Emma guided and supported me through this often emotional and confusing process. Throughout this stressful time, Emma was professional, reliable and efficient and kept things running smoothly. When things became too difficult and emotional at times for me, Emma was kind and understanding and went above and beyond what was expected. I believe my strength to see this process through and receive the fair outcome I did, was down to Emma’s knowledge, tenacity and emotional support.
Emma kept me informed every step of the way and helped explain things clearly when I didn’t understand something or was confused - this even extended into other areas of the divorce and house sale.

Choosing to divorce was a personally very daunting step to take, as is the case for millions of others, but Bellwether solicitor Katherine Hall inspired confidence from the outset. She analysed my situation very quickly and sensitively based on her many years of experience, so from our very first meeting I felt I was in good hands. She put things into perspective and normalised the situation, reassuring me of a fair outcome. Divorce comes in many guises but it is for most a once only experience and full of firsts. It is disarming as a professional in your own line of work to be put into a situation of opaque processes and jargon. You feel out of your depth and you just want it to end. So, it was so important to me to have a reliable, trustworthy guide who was supportive and professional throughout and I felt was always there for me.

Katherine was brilliant to worth with. Better than other solicitors that I’d used previously. She very quickly got a handle on what my family issue was, how best to deal with it and explained everything. I would use Kathrine again without hesitation. Emma was my solicitor for my divorce. Aside from the huge amount of compassion she showed, she was professional and so efficient. I had communication every step of the way and I found the whole awful experience so much easier because of all the help.
I’ve also, a few times needed to ask for more help and advice and every time I call or email I’ve been helped so quickly.
I am grateful beyond words for this firm and their help over the last few months/year.

I approached Emma of Bellwether Solictors for some advice. She was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Explained certain processes in a simple form and had a complete understanding of my situation and gave me all my options. I was then able to make an objective decision. Lovely manner both professional and made you feel at ease when speaking together. Quick to respond when I had a follow up question that slipped my mind in our first conversation. Very efficient. Would definitely recommend Bellwethers should you feel you may need a family law solicitor.
