A good, fair solicitor.

Apart from a few errors in the first draft, the service was thorough, good value, and although I requested several changes towards the end of the process, I was always made aware what might increase the price. In the end I was charged no more than the starting quoted figure, which was a good-value price. My impression was that she is an experienced, knowledgeable solicitor, aware of all the pitfalls of a poorly-written Will, and can be trusted through her honesty not to add hidden charges.
