Honestly, I would’ve had more success if I did things on my own.
They were extremely slow, and the offer of compensation was minimal.
In total, they took 4 years to complete my claim. Their office was often busy and unable to take my call or update me on the case. My solicitor got back to me 7 days after I asked for an update to the case.
In the end, I lost more money than I gained, but because it took so long and I had bills to pay, I accepted the amount.
My injury still affects me today, after 9 years since it happened. Did they care about that? No.
I hope my minimal compensation affected them more. 25% is their take. And for what? One visit to an NHS consultant, an X-Ray and years of suffering?
And to top it all off, my employer did not fix the issue that caused the injury. lot of good this was.
Avoid like the plague.
