Upon an initial telephone discussion and subsequent face to face consultation, was informed that, based upon my evidence, was in an "advantageous" position. So was happy to spend many thousands of pounds on letters and a supporting barrister's review and findings to further substantiate the angle of legal challenges. The feedback? Breach of contract was thrown straight out of the window, and mis-representation was all but agreed upon. This was overseen by "solicitor" and "partner" level employees and so to have such polarisation of such standard legal areas led me to challenge why the clear disparity in opinion? I received a defensive reply focusing on justifying their approach. I subsequently responded that I at no point challenged the approach, but the legal areas that I paid a lot of money to get right, first time! I requested further responses and where not provided, to be considered termination of their services. I received the response of "Thank you for your email, I note your position and wish you all the best going forward"
So, moral of this story is ignore the professional facade as when they cannot articulate written evidences against legal subjects, I would question their capabilities as well as ethics and integrity. You have been warned
