I worked with CRS for 6 months with an employment tribunal that ended up settling before preliminary tribunal. After the partner told me I achieved one of the "great settlement victories of the year", I received an overcharged invoice (almost 30% higher than the estimate) that I ended up having to fight for weeks where they treated me in the same way that they treated the employer I was going after and constantly threatening collections. Even after almost 20% of reductions of my overcharged invoice, I still ended up taking a loss after their fee and taxes. Awful experience.
